Silo Care terms of use

In effect from October 22, 2026

About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Silo Care about using the Silo Care app and the service behind it. When you accept them, you agree to follow them.

What Silo Care is

Silo Care helps you keep one view of a person's health records, yours or a family member's: their medicines, visits, hospital stays and what changed after them, places where two records disagree, and a sheet for the next doctor's visit. It shows what the records say and where each item comes from.

What Silo Care is not

Silo Care doesn't give medical advice, and it does not diagnose or treat anyone. Check with a doctor before changing any medicine or treatment.

Silo Care shows only what the connected records say. Records can be incomplete or wrong, so something that is missing from Silo Care may still be true.

In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

While Silo Care starts up

Silo Care is open by invitation while it starts up. During this period you may add only the sample people and sample records the service offers. Do not add anyone's real health records, names or papers.

Your account

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code sent to it. Keep your email account to yourself, because anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.

The people you add

When you add someone other than yourself, you confirm that you are allowed, by that person or by law, to see and manage their health records. You confirm this for each person you add.

Using Silo Care fairly

Use Silo Care only for yourself and the people you are allowed to manage. Do not try to see anyone else's records, get around the service's protections, overload the service or copy it by automated means, and do not use it to break the law.

When the service is unavailable

Silo Care may be offline at times, and it may pause or change during this period. When the service is offline, the app says so, and your records are kept.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time, in Account, with Delete my account. The privacy notice says what happens then.

Silo Care may close an account that breaks these terms.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the new text has a new version and date. Silo Care keeps a record of each version you accepted and when.
